Decimal decode
Decimal decode. Runs on your device, nothing is uploaded.
Decimal decode reads digit groups separated by spaces or commas and treats each as a byte value from 0 to 255. A non-digit character in a group, or a number too large for a byte, gets the run refused with the group named. Decoded bytes that are valid UTF-8 show as ordinary text; anything else comes back as a decoded.bin file instead.
Questions
How are groups separated?
By spaces or commas, each group read as one byte, 0 to 255.
What happens with a value over 255?
The tool refuses, naming the group and its value.
What if a group has a non-digit character?
The tool refuses, naming the invalid group and its position.
What does the output look like?
Valid UTF-8 text prints directly; anything else downloads as decoded.bin.
Can I use this from the command line?
Yes, the same code runs on the page, the CLI and MCP.
